Heather has over twelve years working on implementing science communication strategies to better engage with the public, media and STEM professionals. Heather participated in the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science and has partnered with universities, medical centers, and museums nationwide to teach new approaches to improve science communication. Heather has experience conducting media training and networking workshops.
